Muman Welfare Foundation has implemented a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent handling of donation refund requests, especially with the increasing use of digital payments. We expect all donors to exercise due care and diligence when making donations. We understand that donations may be made in error or that donors may change their minds. Muman Welfare Foundation will review refund requests and make every effort to process them. We may request further explanation and verification from the user, including supporting documents related to the donation.
Your refund request must include:
- Date of Donation
- Amount of Donation
- Mode of Donation (Credit Card, Online Payment, Cheque, etc.)
Requests must reach the Muman Welfare Foundation office within seven days from the date of donation, whether made online, electronically, or through other means.
The refund process may take 7 to 30 working days, depending on the availability of information from third-party providers such as Payment Gateways and Banks through which the transaction was processed.
Please note that Muman Welfare Foundation is not obligated to issue refunds and may decline requests at our discretion, primarily if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
